SILVER SPRING, Md. — United Therapeutics Corp., a biotechnology company, said Monday its subsidiary Unither Pharma Inc. settled a three-year-old patent dispute with nutritional supplements maker Herbalife Ltd.
Financial terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
